the movie accompanies Caritas' JobCoaches in their efforts to support affected persons and companies integrating handicapped employees in their working space. differences have to be targeted as well as misunderstandings and prejudices. we gain insight into the work of JobCoaches, learn about opinions of the entrepreneurs and the problems within this connection. and we discover the successes of this institution. we get to know physically challenged workers and peek behind the scenes of integrational social work. what's motivating JobCoaches? how does their working day look like? a portrait of a social service along the border line between integration and competition.
